Not every buyer or seller needs the same level of assistance. Clarity is designed to provide flexibility in how much support you receive and how involved you remain throughout the property journey.
Whether you're buying or selling, you can stay closely involved or have me manage more of the process for you. You don't need to work out which suits you from the website. That's what our first conversation is for.
The process
A relaxed, no-pressure conversation to understand where you're at, what you're hoping to achieve and whether Clarity feels like the right fit. Online or in person, with no fee or obligation.
We explore your goals, priorities and the support that would suit you. Your Property Clarity Session™ is a 45–60 minute session with a structured, weighted questionnaire that brings together your goals, experience, timeline and position, helping you understand your options. We'll also discuss the Guided Pathway and Full Support options, so you can make an informed choice.
Once you've chosen your pathway and we've agreed on the service, we'll complete the onboarding process, confirm the arrangements and get everything ready to begin.
Personal guidance, practical tools and AI-enabled resources to support your property journey. Whether you choose the Guided Pathway or Full Support, we'll work together according to your agreed service and level of involvement.
As your property journey progresses, we'll work towards your goals, with clear communication and support through the agreed stages, including a final review when the service is complete.
