Website information

The information on this website is general in nature and is provided to explain Clarity Property Services and its approach. It is not legal, financial, tax, building or investment advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Copyright and ownership

Unless otherwise stated, copyright in original website text, written resources, graphics, layouts, photographs commissioned or owned by Clarity Property Services, downloadable materials and other original content is owned by or licensed to Janina Tregambe trading as Clarity Property.

Clarity intellectual property

Clarity Property Services has developed and uses proprietary materials, resources and service frameworks in delivering its services. These may include, where applicable, the Property Clarity Assessment™, Property Clarity Session™, Property Clarity Report™, questionnaires, checklists, scoring or comparison tools, templates, client toolkits, workflows, guidance frameworks, written methodologies and related materials.

References on this website to Clarity frameworks, systems or methodologies describe the service at a high level. Publication of those references does not grant any licence or permission to reproduce, adapt, reverse engineer, replicate or commercially exploit Clarity materials or the original expression of its methodologies.

Permitted use

You may view this website and print or save reasonable extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with considering or using Clarity Property Services. You must retain any copyright or proprietary notices appearing on the material.

Uses requiring permission

Except where permitted by law, you must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, modify, translate, scrape, systematically extract, sell, license, create commercial derivative materials from, or otherwise commercially exploit substantial parts of Clarity's protected website content or proprietary materials without prior written permission.

You must not represent Clarity materials as your own, remove proprietary notices, or use Clarity branding in a way that suggests an association, endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Names, brands and marks

Clarity Property Services, its logos, service names and other distinctive brand identifiers are used to identify Clarity's services. Nothing on this website grants a right to use those names, logos or identifiers. The ™ symbol may be used to identify names or materials claimed by Clarity as trade marks; it does not represent that a mark is registered unless expressly stated.

AI-enabled guidance

Clarity may use AI-enabled tools as supporting tools for organisation, research preparation, comparison and clarity. AI does not replace professional advice, and Clarity's internal prompts, workflows, templates, evaluation structures and other proprietary working methods are not disclosed or licensed merely because the website describes AI-enabled guidance.

Third-party material

Third-party names, trade marks, platforms, links and content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not transfer any rights to Clarity or to website users.

No licence by implication

Except for the limited personal use described above, no licence or other right in Clarity's copyright, trade marks, proprietary materials or other intellectual property is granted by accessing or using this website.

Changes to these terms

Clarity Property Services may update these terms from time to time. The version and date shown on this page identify the current website terms.
